Daniel Lloyd can today announce Marc Webb Building Ltd as the latest addition to his partner portfolio ahead of the 2023 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship season.
Huddersfield racer Daniel heads into what will be his third full season in Britain’s premier racing series bidding to build on a fine 2022 campaign that saw him secure three race wins, and finish inside the top ten in the championship standings for the first time.
Ahead of his move to Team HARD to race a newly-built Cupra Leon, Daniel has been able to confirm a number of new partnerships, the latest of which sees him join forces with Nottingham-based builder Marc Webb.
Marc – an avid motorsport fan – was amongst those individuals who first got involved with Daniel’s racing programme through his unique Members Club; an initiative launched to allow people to get involved in his racing programme at an affordable level.
After seeing first hand the benefits of being involved with Daniel last year, Marc becomes the latest person from the Members Club to increase his support to become a full partner – with confirmation of the new agreement coming just weeks after Green View Projects also stepped up from the Club into a full sponsorship role.
Anyone in the Nottingham area who wants to make use of Marc’s services can contact him via email on enquiries@marcwebb-buildingltd.co.uk.
Daniel Lloyd said:
“It’s great that Marc has decided that he wants to get more involved in my racing programme, and it shows that motorsport sponsorship isn’t all about huge businesses.
“Marc is someone who has a passion for racing and who benefitted from being part of the Members Club, which is exactly what we launched it for – to provide people with a way to get involved at a lower level.
“I’m extremely grateful to Marc for his support and having seen first hand some of the projects he has been working on in his local area, I’ve been very impressed with the quality of his work.
“With the season kicking off at Marc’s home circuit of Donington Park, hopefully we can start the year well and I can put on a good performance to launch this new partnership.”
Marc Webb said:
“I really enjoyed being involved with Daniel’s racing last season through the Members Club and as someone who has always loved racing, it was a great way to get closer to the action.
“After such a fantastic season, I’m really excited to be more involved this year as an official partner, and I’m looking forward to cheering Daniel on during the year ahead.”
