Daniel Lloyd can today confirm a new partnership with Green View Projects electrical division that will take effect for the 2023 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship season.
The family-owned firm from Halifax is the latest Yorkshire-based business to join forces with Daniel as he prepares to embark on his third full season in Britain’s premier racing series.
Green View Projects first joined forces with Daniel twelve months ago through his unique ‘Members Club’ – the initiative launched to provide individuals and small-to-medium businesses with the opportunity to get involved in motorsport sponsorship at a more affordable level.
Although focused on the West Yorkshire region, the NICEIC-approved contractor works with domestic, industrial and commercial clients across the UK to provide an all-encompassing electrical service, which includes installation, maintenance and servicing of a wide range of products – such as CCTV, alarm systems, fire alarms, emergency lighting and solar.
Green View’s partnership with Daniel last season resulted in the company being able to secure additional commercial business, showing one of the major benefits of being involved with the four-time BTCC race winner.
Keen to further utilise the networking opportunities that come from being involved in the high-profile BTCC paddock, Green View Projects now increases its involvement with Daniel to become a full partner for the 2023 campaign, which will get underway at Donington Park in late April.
Daniel Lloyd said:
“I’m excited to welcome Green View Projects onboard as an official partner for 2023 after their involvement last year with my Members Club. They are a great example of how a business can benefit from being involved in motorsport at a relatively low level, and they have seen the value that comes from being part of such a high-profile series.
“I’m looking forward to working with them this season to maximise their involvement and hopefully we can repeat some of the success we enjoyed together in 2022.”
Martin Gledhill, Managing Director of Green View Projects, said:
“We thoroughly enjoyed supporting Daniel through his Members Club last year, and not only was it a successful season on-track, but we were also able to develop some interesting new business relationships from it. We’d welcome any interest in our services, and would be happy to provide a quotation free of charge.
“We’re delighted to increase our backing for Daniel going into 2023 and look forward to cheering him on in the Cupra during the year ahead.”
