Daniel Lloyd has released a special video to show his top five onboard moments from the 2022 British Touring Car Championship season – including the dramatic incident at Oulton Park that threatened to derail his campaign.
The video, which can be accessed below on Daniel’s DLR TV YouTube channel, is the latest installment of the popular series that the Huddersfield-racer has run throughout his campaign with the EXCELR8 Motorsport team.
With the series to date having provided race fans with a behind-the-scenes look at what is required to compete at the sharp end of Britain’s premier race series, Daniel will now share his top onboard moments from the campaign, including one that he would rather forget…
“Having been given permission to share my onboard footage now the season is at an end, it was a tough call on which moment to share with fans – but I finally managed to narrow it down,” he said.
“Plenty of people had asked me about the Oulton Park incident, which I hadn’t actually watched back myself as it wasn’t a moment I wanted to see again in a hurry! Having now relived it whilst putting the video together, I’m sure there will be a few people covering their eyes when they know what is coming…”
